Achtvazen emerged from my passion for unique vases and the art of creating flower arrangements. What began as a personal collection of vases has blossomed into an online store for preloved vases.
My journey started at the flea markets of the Netherlands and France, where I delved deeper into the diversity of vase shapes, their rich histories, and their ability to perfectly complement a bouquet. Inspired by these discoveries, I decided to share my collection on Instagram and soon my passion evolved.
At Achtvazen, it’s not just about selling vases; it’s about creating an experience. From finding the ideal vase for a specific floral style to curate full arrangements; I work with aesthetics and the impact it can have on our surroundings.
Services
The work extends beyond an online presence. I’ve hosted a pop-up shop full of vases in the city of Rotterdam, collaborated with local stores/businesses, made flower arrangements for private dinners and worked closely with talented florists to elevate spaces with unique vases and arrangements.
